Up in the North Coast againthis year, making it 20 years of watching this peaceful sunset together. Been trying to get my annual New Year's blog written, but internet has been spotty up
here this year . . . not such a bad thing in this beautiful place, but not overly helpful in getting this greeting out before 2017!

Looking back at 2015-- it started out rough, exactly one year ago when Robert's 93 year old mom fell and broke her hip . . . what a difference a year makes! 94 and looking good! We are so blessed for her recovery and having her with us as we enter 2016.
It has been a landmark year for both my mom and I, with her turning 80 in August and me 60 in September. Robert threw me a Spanish style birthday with a giant skillet of paella and flamenco music in Half Moon Bay as a precursor to a trip to Barcelona this spring.
Other big news-- Alisha announced baby girl twins are on their way in March, which will bring the grandchildren count up to 9!
Justin, almost 24 has discovered traveling, Hailey is turning into a "tween" with her 12th birthday right around the corner, Logan is turning 10 and Paige 9. RJ just turned 6 and started kindergarten this year, Carter will be 5 this spring and Dylan is 4. And YES, they do keep us a bit busy and we love it, and are so fortunate to have them so close to us.
Life continues to be good, we are very blessed, and we want to take this moment as a new year opens up with so many possibilities, to wish you and yours a very happy new year. Stay in touch!
